The paper, named “Keep Men Out of Women's Sports,” was released on the White House site. The executive order entails terminating federal funding for any school that permits transgender individuals to compete in women's sports.

As per AP reports, Trump intends to raise the transgender topic with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for discussion prior to the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.

“This decision reinforces the significance of preserving gender classifications in sports, thus guaranteeing equal chances for women and girls,” UN Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls Reem Alsalem stated in a press release issued by the UN.

The expert endorsed the U.S. initiative to collaborate with leading sports organizations to advance policies that guarantee fairness and safety in women's sports, along with Washington's readiness to advocate at the UN for global regulations to safeguard women's gender-specific sport categories.
