In a statement Sergei Chemezov, Russia’s head of state conglomerate Rostec said, Moscow is likely to sign a contract for delivering an additional batch of S-400 missile systems to Turkey in 2021.
Turkey had purchased a bath of the missile system from Russia in 2019, following which Washington refused to sells its most advanced F-35 stealth fighter jet to Ankara.
The United States has made it clear that Turkey will risk U.S. sanctions if its deploys the Russian-made S-400 missile system.
