The UK arms of Toys R Us, a U.S. -based toy and juvenile-products retailer, has filed for bankruptcy, said Moorfields Advisory, the firm which was appointed to oversee the process.
The development puts 3,200 jobs at risk across its 100 stores in the UK.
Moorfields Advisory further stated all stores will continue to sell their goods until further notice.
