"According to sources, the highest political leadership of the country, President Erdogan and his family, are involved in this criminal business" - said Antonov.

Russia believes that international terrorism can be defeated only with a powerful blow at funding sources. "They (IS militants) earn about $ 2 billion annually, spending this money on hiring fighters around the world, providing them with equipment and weapons," - said Antonov, adding that oil revenues are a major source of terrorist activity in Syria.

"To defeat IS, we need to deliver a powerful, devastating blow to the sources of funding," - said Antonov.

The Russian side has identified three main routes of oil supplies from IS terrorists in Syria to Turkey, said the deputy chief of the General Staff of Russia Sergey Rudskoy.

The western route leads to Turkish ports on the Mediterranean coast, the northern one – to a refinery in Turkey, eastern - to the largest transshipment base in the village of Cizre.

"Some of the oil is reloaded onto ships and sent for processing outside Turkey, and is sold in the domestic market", - said Rudskoy.

"For the two months, the Russian air strikes destroyed 32 refinery complexes, 11 refineries, 23 oil pumping complexes and 1080tanker trucks," - said Rudskoy.

Turkey has been moving militants and weapons for them to Syria for a long time on a permanent basis. Only in the last week, it airlifted around 2 th. terrorists and dozens of tons of ammunition, said the head of the National Center for Control of Defence of Russia, Lieutenant-General Mikhail Mizintcev.

"Just in the last week, Turkey airlifted to groups IS and "Jabhat al-Nusra" 2 th. militants, over 120 tons of ammunition and about 250 units of motor vehicles for different purposes. According to our reliable intelligence reports, the Turkish side has been holding similar events for long time and on a regular basis,"- said Mizintcev.

Erdogan does not plead guilty. "We are aware of Erdogan’s worth. Once, he has been caught in a lie by Turkish journalists who revealed the delivery of Turkish militants weapons under the guise of humanitarian aid. For that, the journalists were prisoned. The leaders are not going to resign, particularly Mr. Erdogan, and are not going to admit guilt even if their faces RE be smeared with thievish oil,"- concluded Antonov.
