                     This is the second setback in as many months for Samsung. The first one happened on June 7th, when salary rises were a contentious topic. The employees of the company have never gone on strike before. 
 
They are now calling for more holidays, a better performance bonus structure, and respect for labor.
 
Both strikes were started by the National Samsung Electronics Union, which represents over 30,000 workers.
