Al Mayadeen TV channel reported that Hezbollah rejected Israel's allegations of pre-empting their operation and stopping the attack, calling them unfounded and not backed by evidence.

It is expected that Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah will speak on the matter later.

Sources informed Al Mayadeen that despite efforts of the Israeli military, Hezbollah's missiles and drones successfully hit their intended targets. At the same time, 320 rockets were launched in order to overpower Israel's Iron Dome missile defense systems and other defense mechanisms, while attack drones targeted key objectives.

The TV station's representatives have stated that claims about Israel successfully stopping Hezbollah from launching attacks with numerous rockets, including advanced missiles, are false.

Hezbollah previously stated that they had started taking revenge for the killing of their commander, Fuad Shukr, in a strike by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in Beirut in July.
