Thomas Cook’s C.E.O informed that there is no current plan of the “holiday company” to sell its “airline business”, while there has been a speculation in the media regarding the company thinking of bidding adieu to it.

“Currently we have no current plans to sell our airline”.
Nevertheless, he did not completely deny that a sale could be kept pending for sometimes in the future, as he stated in reference to “the consolidation of Europe’s airline industry”:
“We have consistently said that we are open to play our part in the consolidation when it makes sense for our business”.
