AI Bots Handle Adult Conversations, Easing The Burden For OnlyFans Creator
A pornographic website called OnlyFans gives users the opportunity to develop "authentic relationships" with content providers.

However, a lot of OnlyFans porn artists use "chatters" to pose as them in conversations meant to trick unsuspecting customers out of money. Furthermore, a growing number of those chatters are actually bots rather than actual people.

According to certain organisations in charge of OnlyFans porn actors, they sext with members using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, negating or reducing the necessity for human chatters.

The program is not disclosed to OnlyFans users, who are led to believe they are having real-time conversations with porn stars, but it is publicly promoted to management firms.

The AI chatbot created by the US-based NEO Agency, according to its website, “doesn’t just send messages; it creates authentic connections.”

"Capturing the essence of years of relationship-building expertise, ensuring every interaction is genuine and meaningful," is how FlirtFlow, the chatbot, describes itself.

The rules of service of OnlyFans expressly forbid its developers from using AI chatbots. The restrictions state that "you cannot use an AI chatbot to write chats or direct messages."

Regarding the application of AI on the website, OnlyFans declined to respond to enquiries from Reuters. According to the firm, it is explicitly stated in its terms of service that producers are legally liable for any transactions they have with subscribers.

OnlyFans has distinguished itself from other porn sites and amassed wealth thanks to its guarantee of direct relationships between authors and members.

The business, which deducts 20% of the earnings of its authors, brought in close to $1.1 billion in revenue in 2022.

The chatbot-using businesses are not officially associated with OnlyFans. However, they collaborate with artists and their management companies, who have access to accounts on OnlyFans.

According to CEO Luc Jaris, NEO Agency oversees around 70 OnlyFans porn artists, and maybe half of them utilise FlirtFlow. According to him, so do dozens more creators at perhaps twenty different agencies.

He said that although AI was unable to "really comprehend" flirting until a few years ago, chatbots are now able to outperform real people in this domain.
